We realize that retirement plans can be overwhelming for the employer as well as the employees. Our mission is to help employers create a successful retirement plan for their employees and help them establish a disciplined due-diligence process of monitoring the plan.

As relationship managers and advocates, we focus on each client's unique goals and objectives. Working with our strategic partners, we design financial strategies that are customized, comprehensive and flexible.

We offer a choice of two ways to work with us:

1. Retirement Adviser Services

Investment Adviser Representatives (IAR) of MML Plan Solutions, we are able to:

Conduct requests for proposals: Assist you with the preparation, dissemination and evaluation of requests for proposal for a record-keeper or investment provider.

Conduct investment analysis: Conduct investment analysis of the investment options available on the platform selected for the Plan and recommend specific investments to you and for the inclusion in the Plan.

Monitor service providers: Monitor and report to you on the performance of the Plan's record-keepers and investment providers.

Provide participant education: Educate participants on general investment concepts such as diversification, risk, asset allocation and historical rates of returns.

Provide enrollment services: Conduct enrollment meetings for employees for the purpose of providing general information and materials about the terms of the Plan.

Provide investment policy statement templates: Provide templates of investment policy statements ("IPS") for you to consider when drafting an IPS.

To the extent the Plan is subject to ERISA, MML Plan Solutions and Paul Love and Howard Soltoff are each "fiduciaries" as defined in Section 3(21)(A)(ii) of ERISA soley with respect to those services that constitute investment advice. With these investment-related services, the plan sponsor has the responsibility and discretion to implement any of the recommendations made by MML Plan Solutions or TriBridge Partners, LLC.

If you are interested in the services available through MML Plan Solutions, ask us for a copy of MML Plan Solutions Form ADV Part 2A, which includes additional details of the services available.

When working with us through the Investment Adviser Channel, we will be paid a percentage of the fee that the Plan agrees to pay MML PlanSolutions. The fee to MML Plan Solutions will be either a flat dollar amount or a percentage of Plan assets.

2. Registered Representative Services

As a registered representative of MML Investors Services, LLC, we are able to:

Provide product choices: Make available a wide variety of securities, insurance and brokerage products and administrative services offered by affiliates of MML Investors Services, LLC and non-affiliated companies including mutual funds and insurance products.

Provide Information: Provide you with general research, financial information and data to educate you in the selection of investment options for the Plan.

Provide participant education: Educate participants on general investment concepts such as diversification, risk, asset allocation and historical rates of return.

Provide enrollment services: Conduct enrollment meetings for employees for the purpose of providing general information and materials about the terms of the Plan.

Although we endeavor to always connect you with the right product, when providing services through the broker-dealer channel, neither MML Investors Services not TriBridge Partners, LLC acts as "fiduciaries" under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), the Internal Revenue Code or other applicable laws.

When working with us through the Broker-Dealer Channel, we will be paid commissions based on the sale of investment products to the Plan.
